Where: Marmon Muscle: Home of CrossFit Williamsburg
Why: To establish an environment free of gender bias or discomfort and to allow young female athletes the opportunity to learn movement in a safe and sequential way. This program design will allow young females to grow in confidence and movement competency through bodyweight and (moderate) barbell training.
How Much: 10 Sessions $150; 5 Sessions $85; Individual purchases (additional to or instead of the 5 session purchase) $25/visit
