CrossFit 101

Our CrossFit 101 course is designed to prepare athletes for our CrossFit group classes.

CrossFit - Workout of the Day

CrossFit is our large group, General Physical Preparedness program.

CrossFit KIDS

CrossFit Kids is the principle strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools and charter schools.

Sports Training

Athletes work in small groups with coaches to maximize the learning environment and maintain athlete safety.

Adult Fitness Training

We have the state-of-the art facilities and coaching staff that can change your life and transform the way you perform, look, and feel.

Tactical Training

Address the unexpected challenges and conditions associated with today's Tactical Professional.

Team Training

Team Training is a service that allows an entire team (up to 20 athletes per session) to train together.

"Gut Check Saturday"

Train with the CFW coaching staff and Competition Team!


A designated time for CrossFit Williamsburg athletes to work on specific skills, make up workouts, or perform individualized workouts that were programmed for them.
